MediTree Honey UAF 500+
Collected from "Medicine Tree" which only grows in pristine forests of the south-west region in Australia. This honey has a long history on treating diseases and skin wounds by local people.
- Multiple active enzymes- Rich minerals & trace elements- Unique umami, dark herbal flovour honey with an amber coloured appearance.- Antioxidants level: UAF 500+- Antimicrobial level: TA 35+
Jarrah Honey UAF 400+
Recognised as "A World Class Healing Honey" by Western Australian Agriculture and Food Department. It is naturally highly antimicrobial and can be used for treating wounds and related surface infections.
- Low GI- Has a smooth, welvety texture profile with caramel flavour.- Antioxidants level: UAF 400+- Antimicrobial level: TA 30+
Manuka Honey UAF 300+
A plant of the Myrtaceae family also called as leptospermum which is native to mainland Australia and New Zealand, commonly known as manuka, tea tree and jelly bush. Their flower neatar is the source of manuka honey. This raw manuka mix is entirely derived from wild leptospermum plants growing in Australia.
- Creamy textured honey with a tea tree flavour- Autioxidants level: UAF 300+- Antimicrobial level: TA 25+
Wild Honey UAF 200+
This honey is extracted from wild eucalyptus flowers of the southern land. The flower nectars are timely collected and brewed into a mellow wild honey by our bees in season. This wild honey has varying floral flavours with sweet and mellow tastes due to its diverse forest environments.
- Multiple vitamins- Probiotics, and trace elements- Antioxdants level: UAF 200+- Antimicrobial level: TA 20+
